Duties & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for driving test automation and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. Working within an Agile team, you will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to maintain testing standards and improve overall system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks
• Build and execute automated and manual test cases
• Perform API, functional, and performance testing
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and quality assurance processes
• Identify, monitor, and manage product risks and dependencies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Review requirements and ensure test coverage aligns with business needs
• Support and guide team members on QA best practices
Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years QA experience
• 4–6 years test automation experience
• 4+ years in a leadership or management role
• Strong programming experience in Python, C#, or Node.js
• Hands-on experience with:
• Playwright / Robot Framework
• API testing (Postman, RestAssured, SOAPUI)
• Performance testing (JMeter)
• Experience working with:
• CI/CD pipelines
• BDD / TDD practices
• Agile methodologies
• Jira, Confluence, XRAY
